New MLM
Im gonna talk about the reasons you should due your research before joining a New MLM. Alot of network marketers are extremely pushy when it comes down recruiting. Some network marketers are willing to do whatever it takes to get you in there opportunity which is wrong. Yes its nice to join a New MLM but have you ever thought about you need a good leader? Somebody that’s in the trenches everyday and knows what he/she is doing.
So before you join a MLM I would say look at that the companies background, make sure the company fits with your core values. So what I mean by this question is would you recruit your grandma into the New MLM? When join a New MLM you should say yes to that question. Im not saying to recruit grandma into the New MLM but Im just saying if that company is so good ask yourself that question.
New MLM-Leadership matters
Also who is your leader in that MLM does he/she have experience? No im not talking about the owners of the company because I know the owners will not take you by the hand and train you, this is why you need to have a good leader. Even though joining a New MLM seems to be nice because I know you must of hear that if you get in a MLM , you will make the most money. This can be true in some way and wrong in many other ways.
If that MLM doesn’t have a good compensation plan or a product thats hot, well your gonna have a hard time selling. The problems with many New MLM companies is that they believe they can just show up on the scene , make all the money in the world. Another problem is most companies are marketing in the all the same niches, I mean seriously there is so many companies marketing in the wellness,technology,education and much more. I would just say learn Marketing first then join a New MLM.
